9 tips for good health

drink more water - you can live for three weeks without food ,but you can't live for 3 days without fluid,this is the importance of the fluid.our body needs fluids for each and every metabolic activity that takes place oinside our body.its also adviced from doctor. to prevent dehydration in our body ,consumption of fluid is nessesary.drinking of 3-4 litres of water is adviced,you can also consume juices and other fluids as you prefer.

don't smoke - this will surely effect on our health.the addiction leads to increase or decrease in weight of the body .gradually its leads to one of the deadly disease CANCER.once addicted it is hard to leave but ,if you want to be healthy you need to leave it.

Eat variety of foods - eating variety of food that consists of nutrients and minerals is very much needed for the protection against the illness such as heart disease and cancer.its adviced to eat a apple a day that removes toxin from our body.

relax for 20 minutes - our body continously works from our own command .give 20minutes relax a day .its reduces blood pressure also. relaxation increase your energy levels,hat helps to do other work easily.

get more sleep - to help our body metabolisms to work properly ultimate solution is to sleep.researchs shown that during deep sleep cell repair and cell growth takes place .its nesessary that you should sleep at least eight hours.

drink more tea - drink tea more than coffee to help protect your body from damaging effects of free radicals.as tea is rich source of antioxidents ,that can provide protection against cancer.

do exercises regularly - regular exercise in the morning keeps you fresh throughout the day.do atleast 20minutes exercise each day.that helps to gain very good health.

floss everyday - flossing everyday your teeth is the best way to protect teeth against gum disease.brush atleast twice to prevent it.

keep your body clean - keep the habit of bathing everyday its good to our body .when you got fresh that keeps your mind active helps in doing your work easily.wear good clothes that increase our confidence level in our work.
